I want to explain to you why I sell or share my birds with others...first off I show my birds at Poultry Shows and it is a fun hobby that I enjoy. It does cost a lot of money to feed the birds each month, especially when you are growing out the number of birds that I do each year. In order to improve my birds each year for showing I have to hatch a lot if chicks for myself ( normally 100-150 of each variety), this enables me to pick out the very best birds to show. I only keep a few of the very best for myself and sell the rest. I will humbly tell you that my culls should be nicer than most breeders best in the varieties that I raise..that sounds like a horribly egotistical statement, but I am just being honest. Now let me be even more honest and tell you that the only reason I sell my birds at all to the public is because my wife makes to pay the feed bill which is usually about $400-$600 a month..If it was up to me I wouldn't...really. It is a huge pain to answer all those emails and ship birds from the post office...but according to my wife it is the only way I can keep doing this. So here is my sell page..you can thank my wife for that....but she is really cute and I love her so I have to do what I am told most of the time. I should probably rename this page Rebecca's Sale Page.
Please serious inquires only! For some reason I seem to get a lot of "I want to email you back and forth 12 times and make you weigh birds and give me prices..but I am not seriously going to buy anything" emails lately. I get 20-30 emails a day that I have to answer, I don't mind answering questions about Wyandottes for people...but let's not go through tons of emails about buying birds if your not really interested in spending the money to buy them. These are wyandottes of high quality and are not cheap to produce and maintain...so yes they are expensive. To be very honest I just dont have the spare time to waste on things like this..so please only contact me to purchase birds if you are serious!! Please... |

All chicks are from the same breeding pens that I hatch from for showing, I cant guarantee show quality chicks everytime..but I havent had any complaints about the quality of the chicks.
Please do not get on the list if your not serious about buying the chicks! I will email you a few weeks before shipping them to you for payment, if you do not email me back I will go to the next name on the list.

Shipping Policy : I guarantee live delivery of shipped birds up to 24 hours after delivery, I cannot refund shipping or the shipping box charge. All birds are shipped Express Mail by USPS and have been taking 2-3 days to arrive, the USPS does not guarantee delivery by the express delivery date on the box for live birds. So please don't ask me to get you a refund from the USPS if the birds do not arrive by the guaranteed delivery time on the box, honestly all I care about is that the bird arrives alive and healthy.
